DEDICATION ,Mr. Axel T. Andersen We, the students and faculty of South Hamilton Community High School, do hereby dedicate this 1969 school annual in fond memory of Axel T. Andersen, who died in October of 1968 of complications following surgery. Mr. Andersen served the South Hamilton Community School District first as senior high school principal, a position which he held until June of 1966, when he took over the administra- tion of the Title I program for the district, serving as administrator-teacher of the Work Study Program until his death. Mr. Andersen was respected and admired by all who had contact and associations with him. His loyalty, devotion to duty, and dedication to his job were an inspiration to the entire staff and student body. It is fitting that we commemorate this man, as he was representative of all the high qualities desirable in a person working with youth. The example that was set by Andy, by word and deed, is one that each of us as we go through life, will try to emulate.
