Freeburn. 1959 Junior-Senior Play On the night of April 24th, a light, gay comedy, Father Knows Best, was presented for the first time by the Junior and Senior classes. The play depicted the trials of a modern day family. This capricious farce of the internal struggle between teenagers and parents was brought to life before a delighted audience. Mr. Anderson at- tempted to cope with all the family problems and still maintain his calm appearance, while Mrs. Anderson tried to control her family in a stern, just manner. The three teenage children, Betty, Bud, and Kathy, displayed an inordinate ability to become involved in many confusing situations. Under the direction of Leon Sparling and Arthur James, the entire cast of Juniors and Seniors gave a spirited and entertaining performance.
