TI-I E LAST GRADUATE . He has been principal of our school for fifteen years, and has devoted the major share of his efforts toward making this an outstanding American high school. Not only has he been the principal of the school, but he has also tried to be the Lprincipal' friend of the student body, faculty, and staff. He is to be congratu- lated on his promotion to a more responsible position in our school district 3 but it is done with mixed emotions, for each of us has de- pended upon him for leadership and profes- sional guidance. We wish him good luck in his new duties with the knowledge that some part of his heart will always remain in our school. As a member of the largest graduation class in our history, we would like to say farewell to Mr. Dean Mickelwait - The Last Graduate. Getting the message. 34 At rest
