Charles Wilson Vice-President Although Tom had many activities, such as Tom Jones basketball, baseball, and National Honor So- ciety, he ably found time to serve as Axemen's Council president. The many jobs given. to Tom as president were handled with a skill which shows well practiced leadership. President llxemen's Council The Axemen's Council, another of the leading organiza- tions in the school, is comprised of representatives of all the boys in the school. A cabinet is appointed by the president, while the representatives are elected out ot each second period class. Each year the Axemen's Council publishes a student- faculty telephone book. This book, called the Axehandle , has a very large circulation, for almost everyone in the school buys a copy of this publication. Axemen's Council has many other activities during the year. Some of them are the annual Father and Son Banquet, Hello Week, and Be-Up Clean-Up Week, Secretary Treasurer
