Print and llerd-lie-llp, lllean-llp Week Were llemlrined lor llne Big Sueeess. Stairway to the Stars theme for the Print and Cord Week Dance. k How do the girl's lockers get in such a mess? This year the Axemen's Council and Girls' League sponsored Print and Cord Week jointly with Be-Up, Clean-Up Week, which ushered in spring life at SEI-IS. The week began with the loudest shirt and prettiest dress contest. Tues- day was matching couple day and locker clean- out. The week concluded with cr bang on Friday. During both lunch hours the three classes battled it out on the blacktop in tug-of-war com- petition. On second lunch the juniors completely overwhelmed the seniors three different times. In the afternoon the Girls' Leaguee presented its annual Spring fashion show, Eugene students modeled striking spring clothes from Eugene stores, The week was completed with the Print and Cord dance.
