How can we do this better than by learning the languages of our world neighbors? Through the study of German, Latin, Spanish, French. and Polish, pupils acquire a better vocabulary, appreciate the classics of other countries, and become familiar with the manners and customs of people all over the world. It is very important that we, the builders of freedom, learn to live and work with others regardless of race, creed, or language. 19
