Just 12 years ago, they were crying when their mothers left them with their first teacher. After that, the class spent their next year and a half in the gym while South Elementary was replacing Sand- creek. Fun became recesses and field trips. Soon these ended, and bells rang (well most of the time) for many class periods. Finally the Seniors paraded the Elemen- tary school and graduation night arrived in style. On May 31, they took their diplo- mas and started their long journeys to- ward the future. 26 Commcnccment
