NEW CANDIDATES ARE RECEIVING Sunshine Creed “With love in my heart, forgetting self, and with charity for all, 1 will make the object of my life helpfulness and kindness to others. I shall try to fit myself to give intelligent service in making my community a safer and more beautiful place in which to live. Thus will my own life become rich and complete.” The Sunshine Society has done such good deeds as make and send favors to the people in nursing homes and provide baskets for the needy at Christmas. The two social events of the year were a Sweetheart Dance and an Ideal Ladies Banquet. Mrs. Capper and Mrs. Parker sponsored the Sunshine Society this year. 26
