In District 12 playoffs Tech soundly defeated co-champions Huron by a score of 93-81 to win a .berth in NAIA 'playoffs in Kansas City. This was a first ,for the Tech team, but hopefully not the last Tech was beaten by a large, well disciplined ball con- trol teamp Westmont College of Santa Barbara, California. Westmont's domination of boards along with Techs tough luck from the field, lead to Westmont's victory. Indications point to the fact that another trip to Kansas City might be better. Maybe next year when, as Coach Riley says, We'll be decent. 4 J - , , 159
