GOH Team Goes To National During the early spring the Hardrocker Golfers made a swing south to compete and gain early practice. Upon their return, the team proved that th experience was valuable by winning not only the SDIC but also the NAIA District 12 tournaments. Steve Lux, Mark Lux, Jeff Walker, and Ralph Wagner comprised the five team members representing Tech at the National Play-offs in New Nlexico. Though they never made the finals of the tourna- ment this year, they hope to return on the strength of losing only one player, Steve Lux, for another try next year. ' Wifi

Tennis Team- Shares S.D.I.C. Tech's '72 tennis team ipiled up early points in the SDIC Tennis Tournament held in Rapid City and tied Dakota State of lVl'adison with 28 points for the conference crown. Bob Gray was defeated in the finals, a'nd Tech's doubles team of Al Jones and Bill Hyde also were beaten in the finals both losses coming at itheihands of Dakota State opl ponents. The team under theiclirection of Coach Ekeland also. proved themselves during a strongidual match schedule.
