Va. What does the i968 graduate of the South Da- kota School of Mines and Technology think of his assignment? The position l accepted with Con- sol has been everything l thought it to be - plus, Harold says. ln the months l've been with Consol, l've worked on ci number of different pro- jects and had a variety of experiences and responsibilities. l've found that my formal edu- cation provides an invaluable back- ground. But there is no substitute for 'on-the-job experience, of which l'm getting plenty with Consol. The more I learn about Consol, its present oper- ations and the people that run it, the more impressed I am. As far as the future is concerned, l'm certain that coal and Consol have a bright future, and that I can be a part of it, Consolidation Coal Company consol.
