This is increasingly evident on the TECH campus as ideas are projected into forms ot steel, concrete, and glass. To compensate tor the increased number ot students enrolled, Palmerton Hall was completed and ready for use by the fall ot 1969. Over- crowded boolcshelves and Volumes stored in the in- suthcient old library will no longer pose a problem when the new library, still under construction will be ready for use by the spring of l970.
