M ajorettes Sparkle, color, and excitement! The majorettes brighten up a band, football game, or a pep rally with their twirling specia lities. They have the honor of pinning the football and basketball teams with kisses lchocolatel, bubblegum, and candy bars. They also decorate the goal posts and bleachers. Under the leadership of Miss Patty Bowden, the majorettes accompany the band to marching contests, parades and special events. The Rebelettes work with the band members to earn money to go to Washington, D.C. and they contribute much to the success of the band.
