After fifteen weeks of volleyball, most students felt prepared to try out for a professional team, On Fridays, the bowling bus, crammed with laughing girls, raced all other traffic down U.S. 1 in a frantic rush to get back to school before the tardy bell rang. The boys bowled occasionally, but preferred spending their time in the more strenuous games of badminton and baseball. 39
