MR. and Miss Southernaire 1968 BOB THOMAS ,Wag DONA SWANSON The honor is reserved for a very few. Being chosen as Mr. and Miss Southernaire is an honor which befalls only two members of the graduating class. These students have contributed a great deal to South Dade High School but have received little recognition for their devoted service. They are marked as superior achievers through the quality rather than the quantity of their efforts. Their own sense of good judgement is shown through their rela- tionship with others and their ability to get along with their fellow students. Their personal attitudes reveal an unselfish career of service for South Dade. Two such people stand apart as the deserving recipients of Mr. and Miss Southernaire. With eternal gratitude, we the staff of the 1968 Southernaire, confer the honor of Mr. and Miss Southernaire to you, Bob Thomas and Dona Swanson.
