This room is equipped with new secretarial desks and the floor is carpeted. The department also purchased an IBM Selectric typewriter that is dual-pitched (pica and elite) with a correction tape built in to the machine that is operated by use of a key. There are seven students taking Accounting II in Independent Study and five in Shorthand II. The Shorthand II met with the Shorthand I during the year. There are some students in Typing III also.
