On Sunday afternoon, South Central School was opened for public viewing and dedication. The Dedication ceremony was high- lighted by guest speakers and by par- ticipation of the South Central Concert Band and Chorus. Open house followed the ceremony. SEPTEMBER 26, 1965

In May, 1964, after nearly five years of planning. work was be- gun on the new school building, that Would house the students from Clinton. Hanna, and Noble townships. x x r.r.- t.- , , hllkv h .w . .w,.n oxa- Central On The Move The work progressed quickly. By January. 1965. the midway point had been reached. Ex- pectations grew, for the build- ing would soon be ready for oc- cupancy. The finished product. Students moved in August, 1965 and the building was officially dedi- cated tn the purpose of better education for the people of the three townships on September, 26, 1.965.
