The purpose of the club is to create a friendlier atmosphere among the girls, to turing their ideals to greater heights, and to increase their interest in school activities. b Each year the ctuh strives to hotci a Girls' Day, at which the mothers are entertained with demonstrations from the different departments of the school. One hundred eager homemaicers from every branch of Home Economics comprised the membership of the H.E.C. this year. in addition to monthly meetings the I membership roii. HUIHE EUIIHUHHU iiillil c uh has concentrated on increasing the Special activities for the year included first of ali the Turkey Trot, which was one of the most successful dances of the school year. In connection with the F.F.A., this dance was sponsored in place of the Harvest Bail of former years. Later on, the FFA. and H.E.C. heid their Christmas party which was a very successful affair.
