Af fhaf 'rime fhe club was pleased fo have ifs own Margaref Pefers elecfed fo fhe office of Sfafe Presidenf, wifh Gary Mifchell as Sfafe Parliamenfarian and Sfeven Crabfree as Sfafe I-lisforian. Through fhe year fhe FTA parficipafed in sfudenf observing af fhe local elemenfary schools and af fhe high school. ancl in some cases, a sfudenf aid program wasypuf info effecf. The meefings were falcen up wifh inferesfing speakers ranging from veferan feachers fo fhose less experienced. Under fhe club's own direcfion, a play was also presenfed for ofhe: area FTA groups. Mrs. Jean Sfone serves as fhe chapfer advisor and was fhis year aided by fhe following slafe of officers: Carol Burke, Presidenfg Donna Cioffi, Vice-Presiclenfq Margaref Pefers.
