Mr. I-lerberf, Mr. Godin, and Mr. Ladeau have proven fhemselves invaluable in fhis area. Under fhe leadership of Jackie Snelling, fhe Sfudeni' Organizafion was inifiafed. wifh Miss Urie as fhe faculfy advisor. The S.O. is a group of sfudenfs inferesfed in promofing beffer school spirif and insfilling sfudenf responsibilify. Alfhough if was originafed in Hn Council, fhe S.O. is in no way a parf of fhe Council. The officers of fhe Council are: Barb Lawrence, Presidenf: Rick Schneider, Vice Presidenf: Barb McClure, Secrefaryg and Dave Jacobs, Treasurer. Elecfed in April, Mark l-lunziker will be nexf year's presidenf. The Council also elecfed four members, including Mark, fo affend fhe Summer Workshop in August Those chosen were Ann Hunziker. Karen Lee, and Giovana Morselli. Barb McClure will aufomafically affend as a sfafe officer. Prior fo fhe Workshop, Barb will affend The Nafional Convenfion of Sfudeni' Councils in Tacoma. Washingfon.
