Social Studies Have you noticed that students have been spending more time out of the classroom then in it? Many classes have been sending their students into the real world to gain knowledge. Mr. Cerequas has his l.P.L.E. students going door to door informing people about the voting procedures. The kids are also involved in a mock trial where they compete with other schools in the area. Even the seniors have work to do. Not only do the U.S. History students carry around that huge American History book, they are also expected to fufill out of school assignments. Among these are attendinga minimum of three community meetings, observing and reporting on a public court hearing, and making numerous visits to the public library to complete term papers and book reports.
