Following the modern trend of our high school life, the Commercial Department has assumed a maior role of importance to students training in typewriting, book- keeping, shorthand l and office practice. These subiects were open chiefly to Juniors and Seniors. Advanced shorthand students have been made available for limited stenographic service for teachers on the campus, while typing classes have assisted the office in preparing copy for various civic organizations. 15 X 'X
