All of us have our own lives to live. Feelings change as time progresses. Events that seemed important during the young- er days are now less meaningful. Lasting friendships cannot be broken by time. Strong bonds between compan- ions hold up even under the greatest emo- tional strain. Years slip by without notice. Weeks become months, seasons become years, and decades become centuries. It is only when impatiently watched that time drags its feet. Life is like a hockey game that is di- vided into 3 periods. People are born, they live, and they die. Specific life jour- neys for all persons are only known by the Creator. Making the best of what time is left on this earth is the best way to survive. Life will continue to exist, no matter what time has to offer. Beginning the third century in the recorded history of the United States is a big job. Remembering the bicentennial past is important, but more so, it is im- portant to think about our roles in this new time and how time will remember THE school shines in dawn ' s early morning light. Life has not yet entered its haUs. I ' •«««« wRSSWiMKSssa8i»s»te. THE halls fill as the early busses arrive spill- ing students into the once lifeless building. ALSO filled with students in the morning is the library where friends meet friends, and sports-minded students read the morning paper.

A DAY CONTINUES WHEN the final beU rings, hundreds of stu- dents race to their lockers and reach the buses just in time to catch a ride. THOSE students not leaving at 3:05 stayed after school for athletic practices and play re- hearsals.
