I JI fl IIli .l- 2 4 1 The Class of 1957 humbly dedicates this yearbook to the memory of James F. Minnick, who remains with us yet in spirit. Jim, loved by all who knew him, was taken from us in his junior year, but we have felt he has been with us in this, our senior year of high school. His passing was deeply felt by his classmates and by all the people who knew him in the community of Somerset where he made his home. His death was most inopportune and unfortunate. J im loved life. His was an inquisitive mind and we feel certain a wonderful future lay in front of him in later life. But he left behind a legacy of happiness for all who knew him even slightly. A ready smile, a nimble wit, an all 'round good fellow, J im leaves us better because we knew him and with a desire to make our own lives better because he was not al- lowed to really live his.
