Champs ’67 Under the direction of Coach Frances Corco¬ ran. the Raiderettes had a most successful sea¬ son in softball. They began the season by defeating Rhode Island College in a non-league game. High in spirit and cooperation, the girls continued their winning ways to finish the season with a league record of 8 wins and no losses. Led to success by Co-Captains Sandy (Spyder) Curt and Pat De¬ Marco, the girls captured the first place title in the Bristol County Girls’ League.
