Zhe Happiest Days of ]four Cife! Under the direction of Mr. Ward, the Dramatic Club presented a three act comedy, The Happiest Days of Your Life”, on March 25, 1966. In error, orders from the Ministry of Devacuation state that a boys’ and girls’ school are to occupy the same premises. Neither school is aware that the other student body is of the opposite sex. The result is nothing but mass confusion and chaos—a truly delightful, comic situation. Lucille Hamel and Wayne Bardsley executed commendable per¬ formances, and of course, Bruce McFarland was superb with his non¬ chalance. The entire cast supplied an enjoyable evening of theater with all proceeds benefiting the Citizen’s Scholarship Fund. Kneeling: Elaine Silvia, Edward Phelan. Sitting: Priscilla Hager man, Lucille Hamel, Wayne Bardsley. Standing: Jeffery Russell, Stephen Rebello, Sarah Grusmark, George Barrowclough, Cathy Rollins, Gail Sullivan, Bruce McFarland, William Bochinski. l Mt ' •v L 1 FW MMt . ; 1 L V r j M AW i 1 29

Spring Concert Under the direction of music supervisor, Paul Gayzagian and Miss Nathalie Hezelton, director of Girls’ Glee, the music organizations pre¬ sented their annual spring concert. The program began with an or¬ chestra selection of Mozart, Diver¬ timento, K.270. The male chorus selections included The Wiffenpouf Song and There Is Nothing Like a Dame. The old time, sentimental songs, One Hand, One Heart and Goodnight My Someone, were pre¬ sented by Girls’ Glee. The mixed chorus concluded the program with You’ll Never Walk Alone and se¬ lections from The Sound of Music. This was an especially mean¬ ingful concert for everyone present because it was the last to be pre¬ sented under the direction of Mr. Gayzagian. After sixteen years of dedicated service in the Somerset schools, he reluctantly left the com¬ munity in which he had gained so many friends to accept a greater professional challenge at Lowell State College. 30
