She has been a member of the high school band for four years and was chosen majorette in 1956. ln 1959 she was elected by the Trojan Band to be their Drum Majorette, Majorettes are chosen according to their poise, personality, and ability. Last year our five majorettes and drum majorette attended a specialized twirling and marching camp on the cam- pus of Emory University, The 1959-60 majorettes were: Linda Hubbardg Patsy Browng Head majorette, Dianne Pollardg Jackie McWi1liamsg and Carolyn Gann.
