High pirits helptough season Under the guidance of coaches Robert Hernandez and Eddie Gonzalez, the junior varsity had a rough season, losing 7 games and winning 2. Although they started the sea- son off very well with a 15-0 victo- ry over San Elizario, they couldn't keep up the winning streak. The squad kept their spirits high and kept fighting throughout a tough season. Mike Carrasco and David Pena put forth fine performances and led their team with pride.
