Spring accentuates mood As we turned a new leaf in the spring, things grew colorful and our heavy clothing was put away. Spring events began to evolve. Baseball practice began, as well as track. Seniors helped beautify the campus by painting trash cans and restoring the marquee, which had not been used for four years. The annual Power Puff game was held in March, and the football spring game in May. Warm weather set things rolling toward graduation and summer vacation. Q15 The junior girls practice their plays for the annual powder puff game. f2J Sen- iors, with the help of sponsor Mr. Lorenzo Nieto, restore the marquee to good condi- tion. My Varsity baseball players run their yards for practice. C43 juniors enjoy the warm southwestern sunshine. 4 ,,, . . . -, ,- A , , ' ' ,wi .is ,,.. ,... , its-af-it. sr s..t..,,...t.. 7 I W- 4 ,W -e,,.
