Senior Class Predictions Woody Whitmore after 20 years of hard work has finally saved up enough money to take his long awaited vacation. He has planned to visit some of his friends while touring the country. As I crossed the mountains I got lost on a logging road, but I came across a cabin and who do you think I saw but Lucia Lary with her 12 kids. Lucia always said that she was going to go places. I didn't stay long, but I found out the way to get to Spokane. On the way down the mountain I came across a still, and there was Houston Crockett making boot leg liquor. He tried to sell me some for five bucks a pint so he could feed his wife and 20 kids. Well I didn't buy any because I had to make it to Spokane before dark. On my way through Spokane while looking for a hotel I came across Dick Billmeyer selling two-for-a nickel pencils to the junior class for a dime. The senior class is still trying to raise enough money for the senior sneak. The sucker junior class doesn't know we aren't having a senior sneak. The next day I got to Soap Lake and I heard that there was a basketball game that night in town so I decided to stay over a while. I was at the game and who did I run into but the great jump shot artist, Brent Miller. Brent's great jump shots are finally coming in handy for a top basketball team. Miller's spot on the team is jumping around from balcony to balcony selling peanuts. Well, I went to the hotel early because I had to go to Walla Walla, you see I heard that Bob Aldrich was getting out of Walla Walla on good behavior after serving a 20 year term for pigimism. tBob holds the state prison record for broad jumpingl. Just getting back in Soap Lake in time for graduation of the class of 1978, and guess what? Ralph Millspaugh has finally gotten enough credits to graduate after 20 years of hard work. Since I was in town for one more day I thought I would go over and see the Mad Scientist Richard Van Brain Holman, who was trying to pound sand through a rat hole with his new scientific ball pean hammer. Holman just invented his inter-rat hole telephone line so one rat can talk to another rat. Well, I had finished up in the west, and my vacation was just about over, or I mean I was running out of money. As I was heading back east and was passing through the car manufac- turing city, Detroit, Michigan, I ran into George Klein. He was sitting on the street corner crying his eyes out. George has finally sold his little kitty car, and by doing so he has had to give up his long earned membership in the Mickey Mouse Club. The members are just now coming to pick up his ears , and who should be leading the band but the international play boy, Keith QMickey Mousej Strunk. Keith's secret ambition has always been to be the leader of the world famous Mickey Mouse Club. Well, my vacation is over. I am going to start saving up for the next 20 years. I ll hate to see my friends in the next 20 years if it is anything like the last 20 years.
