This Declaration cometh into effect the Twentieth Day of May, in the Year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty Six. We bequeath as follows: SECTION I TO ONE AND ALL I I-Iear ye, all Seniors of 1947, we leaveth thee those hilarious discussions in P.O.D.
