VICA WCA VICA, under the leadership of Mr. james, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Clark, and Mr. Ralston, strives to prepare students to assume leadership and responsibility in the world of work. To become ax member of VICA, a student must be enrolled in a trade or industry class. Some of these classes include drahting, auto mechanics, machine shop, building and trades, air conditioning! and rehigeration, and co-op. In the All a cook-out is held and officers are trained for leadership. In the spring, the students hold a candy sale and go to Opryland. Some members compete in the State Skills con- tests and attend leadership conventions. They also work with the jaycees and other civic organizations for community pro- jects.
