Smyrna Eagle Staff This 1956 edition of the Smyrna Eagle marks the fifth consecutive year that students at Smyrna High School have published a yearbook. We have tried to learn and profit by the ideas and the mistakes in previous books, and we hope our successors will do likewise. Magazine Sales Campaign S5,000! This was the goal of the magazine campaign of the fifty-six seniors. It was surpassed by SZ,040. The seniors reaped from their total sales aprofit of SZ,335.06, which is to be used for their trip to Washington. As a reward for their excellent salesmanship, thirty-one seniors won Oscars , It was because of the diligence of each and every member of the class that the record-breaking total was reached. This could not have been achieved, however, without the sup- port and co-operation of the citizens of the community.
