Tht was the day the the Senior Class of 1946 was made to wash their necks and ears, pare treir toenails, and start to school. Nearly all the enrollees were shy at first, but they soon overcame it. They did their part in absorbing all t.e Lmowledge possible. During the year, Dickie Robbins moved away. Xearly all the class was promoted at tue end of the year. Doris Jean Anderson left at the end of the year. The following students liked the first grade so well that they remained that year: Fred Glenn, Weldon Scallorn, June Yancey, Mary Jean Xichols, Janes Cox, Ervin Chapman, heonar son le d Lonsberc, and Henr' Davis.
