I wish to extend my congratulations to a very fine yearbook staff for an excellent job on our 1971-72 yearbook. I also wish to extend my appreciation to the greatest student body in America. You students have held your head up, lived up to your duties to our United States of America, refrained from senseless rioting and racial problems, represented our school in a very commendable way and in general reflected the type of citizen we need in our troubled country today. You have accomplished much in spite of excessive publicity to forces that are trying to overthrow our government, ex- cessive immorality in our present day society, small groups of radicals in our own community that are against anything that would benefit young people or improve our community, and parts of Society that are against God and mankind.
