To the Class of “89” We knew the time would come, We knew it would come to an end, But we never knew it would come so fast, Moving on, leaving a lot in the past. We all shared so many things together, Though now we have only the memories forever, We will meet new friends and have more good times; But never, ever forgetting the best of high school times. We now face the world one on one, Hoping that we can all overcome, And create a future so bright and strong, So we never have to worry about what went wrong. I wish we could all stay together and be as one, But we all know there’s no way that can be done, So I write this to you with only one thought in mind; Good luck and good times to everyone in the Class of “89”.
