Kaminski Superintendent of Schools Hello Future World Citizens: Each day brings us closer and closer to the inevitable goal of one world and one people. No longer is it possible for a na- tion to build a wall around itself and live apart from the rest of its members. Individuals, families, and nations cannot afford to shut themselves away from today's world -- engaged in a death struggle between two distinctly different ideologies. This generation of youth, especially those of you graduating during this Sputnik Vanguard Age will soon be called upon to play a major part in a battle which will decide whether the world citizenry will live in a free or in an enslaved society. It is quite evident that the two cannot co-exist. Leo. A. How could our teams be anything but tops with the support of our lively, able-bodied, court- side bench rooters! The cheerleaders have exerted effort to make their squads peppy and enthusiastic. Prac- tices have been many and tiresome, but the energy lost was worthwhile. Both cheerleading squads wish to thank Mrs. Russell, their adviser, who has done so much in molding them into sturdy and confident young women. They also wish to thank the students for their gracious support and everyone who has helped make their cheerleading years memorable.
