Photo by Brian Matais Doin’ The Boardwalk Spring Weekend had arrived and we saw it as an omen that the semester would end. The week-end promised carnival rides, food vendors, dancing, and the rain. RAIN! Yes, Mother Nature had to dump on our book weary bodies. We ignored the rain and crammed the midway as we gorged on funnel cakes, cotton candy and candy apples. Dancing to the Drifters, who came to perform their famous songs we forgot about exams, papers, and pressures. by Annette Jacob
