T it iii Wi .N A . Responsibility involves paperwork. The All-College Convocation was one of the many innovations introduced by Dr. Carter to bring together students and faculty. n President Carter The intellectual and physical growth of an ed- ucation institution is a big responsibility falling on many shoulders. Such a responsibility is that of Dr. Robert S. Carter, President of Slippery Rock State College, who in his two short years here has fulfilled his responsibility. The prog- ress made by Slippery Rock in the past few years is an excellent example of this fulfill- ment. Dr. Carter has introduced the beginning of rapid growth and development, as witnessed by increased enrollment and facilities. The administration of any college must be composed of leaders who are outstanding in both experience and ability. Dr. Carter has un- dertaken the responsibility aptly and with -dedi- cation.
