You know that we have a way of life that is worthy of continuation. You know that what we now have is almost entirely a heritage from those who went before you. You also know that in some way as a teacher and citizen you will have an opportunity to contribute to our continuing strength and integrity. It is our earnest hope that you will make the most of this opportunity. If you do all that you can to pass on-to your students what is best in our society, we will have a better chance to successfully meet the serious challenges that most certainly lie before 7
