This year's team was led by Ion Paul Albitz who showed competency in the high and low hurdles, the loo yard dash, the high jump, and the broad jump. Other outstanding performers were Walt Esser and Dave Jessel in the pole vault, and Ken Hildebran in the 440 yard dash and mile relay. Record-breaker, Walt Esser, easily clears II 6 ' VA 2' . Wingard checks Westminster runner on second Baseball After a spring warm-up jaunt to the sunny southland, Coaches Rose and Egli brought their baseballers north to a. highly successful season. Captained by Wayne Petrarca, this year's diamond men compiled an eight and seven record. Com- prised of predominantly underclassmen, this team showed continual hustle and a never-say-die spirit. Outstanding on this year's squad were Woitovich, Gurgurich, Graff, Schmitt, Shultz, Timmney, Pe- trarca, Nagy, Darr, Paskorz, Leavy, and Wingard.
