Its purpose is to create and maintain high standards of Christian character in the home, school, and community. The club holds its meetings twice a month, and participates in many social proj- ects. my The Hi-Y Club is composed of high school boys Lmder the direction of the YMCA. Senior Play Suspense mounts as another witness takes the stand. This is just one of the scenes from the Senior Play, The People versus Maxine Lowe, a three act play by Luella C. McMahon. Maxine Lowe is on trial for her life for the mur- der of her husband. She'is defended by an untried at- torney and has against her, the talents of the prose- cuting attorney. When things look blackest for Maxine, a surprise witness takes the stand and the mysterious past begins to clear up.
