BOB BAUER was a member of home- room 216. He was a member of the football team. Bob's hobbies are fish- ing and camping and the outdoors. His favorite subjects were English and mu- sic. DAVID BENDER, of homerooms 127 and 216B, served as treasurer. He was a member of the Chess Club and the football team. His hobbies are coin collecting and chess. Dave's favorite subjects were math and science. He was also on the B honor roll. REED BERGER, of homerooms 312 and 216, served as vice-president. The Weed was a member of the Stamp Club and participated in tackle football and basketball. Reed's hobbies are football and hockey while gym and drama were his favorite subjects. Reed was on honorable mention. CONNIE BLAIR served as vice-president of homerooms 201 and 220. She was a member of Student Council and par- ticipated in most intramural sports. She also was a member of cheerlead- ing. Connie's hobbies are tennis and swimming. Her favorite subjects were band and math. She was on the honor roll, JOHN BAYLIS was a member of home- rooms 128 and 223 where he served as vice-president in the eighth grade. He was on the heavy-weight football and basketball teams. John's hobbies are sports while his favorite subjects were gym and conservation. John was on the honorable mention in eighth grade. LINDA BENNETT was a member of homerooms 316, 223, and 132. Her hobbies are horseback riding and danc- ing. Linda's favorite subjects were home economics and chorus. AMY BERNSTEIN was a member of homerooms 132, 108, and 318 where Amous Bernibutt'' served as secretary. Amous' was a member of the news- paper, Etta Kett, Hall Guides, G.A.C., intramurals and was Student Council treasurer. Amy's hobbies are any- thing under the sun. Her favorite sub- jects were band and unified studies. She was always on the honor roll or honorable mention. SHARRON BOCK was a member of homerooms 201 and 216B. Her hob- bies are playing the organ, playing records, D. H., and babysitting. Her favorite subjects were clothing and con- servation, HOWARD BEATTY was president and vice-president of homerooms 207 and 216. ''Howie'' was a member of intra- mural basketball, Chess Club, Ping- Pong Club and was on the light-heavy weight football team. Howard's hob- bies are stamps and pennant collecting. His favorite subjects were math, con- cert band and gym. He was alwaye on the honor roll. CHUCK BEMIS was a member of home- rooms 132 and 220. Chuck's hobbies are hunting, skiing and water sports. His favorite subjects were conservation, math and civics. JEFF BOUSSU was a member of home- room 216 where ''Fat Cat'' served as vice-president, treasurer, and Student Council representative. Jeff was a member of the Fat Cat Club, wrestling, gymnastics, football and track. His hobbies were gym and conservation. MARY BONAVIA was a member of homerooms 321 and 223. Her hobby is horseback riding. She was a member of the 8th Grade Party Committee, the Newspaper Club and Girls’ Athletics. She also participated in Interschool Volleyball team and was a member of the Cheerleading Club. Sue's hobbies are sewing and outside sports, while her favorite subjects were German and gym. Sue was on the hon- orable mention, and was also secretary of the Student Council. EARL BLASESS participated in intra- murals and was on the middle-weight football team for homerooms 323 and 315. He also participated in the 1969 Drama Class. Reggie's favorite sports are basketball and baseball. His hobbies are listening to the radio and playing the bass. Earl's favorite sub- jects were orchestra and drama. He was on the honor roll, MARK BRADLEY was a member of homeroom 321. ' 'Boo'' was a captain of the swim team. Mark's hobby is water skiing. His favorit e subjects were biology and study hall. He en- tered Slauson in the ninth grade after moving from Lexington, Kentucky.

MIKE ABBOTT was a member of home- rooms 128 and 216. He served as president and vice-president. Mike was a member of the Winter Sports Club and participated in football, wrest- ling and basketball. Mike's hobbies are archery and fishing while his fa- vorite subjects were gym and printing. TOM APOSTOLOU, as a member of homerooms 132 and 216B served as vice president. Alou participated in football, varsity basketball and all intramurals. He was on the honor roll or honorable mention. His hob- bies are slot car racing and sports while his favorite subjects were earth science, speech, and gym. PAUL BAKER was a member of home- rooms 321, 316 and 315. Paul was a member of the football and baseball teams. His hobbies are coins, slot- car racing, gymnastics, and diving. His favorite subjects were gym and conservation. TOM AMERMAN was a member of homerooms 134, 218, and 316. He was on the honor roll in the seventh grade. Tom's hobbies are stamp collecting and ping pong while his favorite subjects were band and math. PETER ALEXANDER was a member of homerooms 227 and 312 where Alex- andria ’ served as Student Council rep- resentative. He was a member of Con- cert Band and the Party Committee and participated in school intramurals and football. Peter's hobbies are ping- pong and sports. His favorite subjects were earth science and gym. JOHN ARNETT was a member of home- rooms 201 and 223. Brock partici- pated in Student Council, Chess Club, Student Court, and Hall Guides. John's hobbies are stamp and coin collecting and building models. His favorite sub- jects were math, French, and chorus. He was on the honor roll consistently and received an activity letter in the 8th grade. oe Zz SUE BANK was a member of home- room 321. She participated in skiing and swimming and was a member of Concert Orchestra. Her hobbies are sewing and harp playing. Sue's fa- vorite subjects were art and English. She entered Slauson in the ninth grade. ROBERT BANCROFT was a member of homeroom 224B. Bob likes hockey and baseball, His hobbies are coin collect- ing. Conservation and English were his favorite subjects. SUE BROCKETT was a member of homeroom 321A where she served as treasurer. She was the assistant editor of the newspaper staff. She also was in life-saving. Her hobby is swim- ming. She entered Slauson in the 9th grade, DALE ANDERSON was a member of homerooms 201 and 315. His favorite subjects were mathand drawing. Dale's hobby is coin collecting. He also en- joys hunting, fishing, and baseball. BOB ATWOOD was a member of home- rooms 216A and 227. He participated in school swimming. His hobbies are golf and swimming. His favorite sub- ject was world geography. CATHY BAUER, a member of home- room 321, participated in baseball and kickball. Cathy's hobby is listening to records. Her favorite subjects were math and typing. ANN BURGWIN served as president, vice-president and secretary of home- room 123 and 220B. Ann's hobbies are skiing and swimming. Herfavorite sub- jects were drama and music. She was on the honor roll all three years. JOHN BROUGH was a member of home- rooms 207 and 227. He was a member of the Rocket Club. His hobbies are archery, rocketry, model cars and oil painting. His favorite subjects were conservation and industrial arts. RUTH ANKENBRUCK was a member of homerooms 220 and 201. Her hobby is horseback riding while math and conservation were her favorite subjects. She was on the honorable mention while at Slauson. JANE BABCOCK was a member of homerooms 132 and 312 where she ser- ved as secretary. She was a member of the Exodus staff and the Crafts Club. Jane participated in all intramurals. Her hobbies are sports, a rt and hiking, while her favorite subjects were gym and earth science. Jane was on the honor roll all three years. GARY BAILEY was a member of home- room 227. He was a member of the Fat Cat's Club. Sugar Bear was the captain of the red football team and participated in wrestling and basket- ball. His hobbies are cars, all sports and just goofing around. Gary's fa- vorite subjects were gym and math. DIANE BAUER was a member of home- room 315. Diane collected for the United Fund and sang at Hill Auditorium for three years. Her hobbies are read- ing, stamps, and collecting stuffed an- imals. Her favorite subjects were Ger- man and English. DAVE BURROWS was a member of homerooms 218 and 216. ‘'Marvin was a member of the heavy-weight football team. His hobbies are goof- ing around with the fellas and listening to Soul Music. His favorite subjects were conservation, gym and lunch, CAMILLE BROWN was a member of homerooms 132 and 315. hobbies are playing the piano, Camille's sewing and skiing. Her favorite subjects were orchestra and science. She was on the honor roll all three years.

Study hall and English were her favorite subjects. KATHY CARDONE was a member of homeroom 312B. She was a member of synchronized swimming and com- petitive swimming. Her favorite sub- jects were concert orchestra and civ- ics. Kathy entered Slauson in the 9th NELSON CARR was a member of home- room 227A. Nelson's hobbies are cars. MIKE CARTER was a member of home- rooms 201 and 321where Carter Nash served as president. Mike's hobbies are skin diving, electronics and ham radio. ''Nash's ' favorite subjects were math and gym. He entered Slauson in the eighth grade and was on the honor roll. EVELYN BUSCH was a member of homerooms 321 and 216. She partici- pated in the Crafts Club, hockey and modern dance. Evelyn's hobbies are copper enameling, swimming, bicycling, dogs and traveling. Biology and civics were her favorite subjects. TOM CARLSON was a member of home- rooms 218 and 312. He was a mem- ber of chorus, and participated in all intramural sports. His hobbies are all sports and listening to the radio. Dimple's' favorite subjects were gym and math. He was on the honorable mention three years. SCOTT CARTER entered Slauson in the ninth grade and became a member of homeroom 223. Red participated in the Pool Cue Club. Scott's hobby is playing pool. His favorite subjects were English and conservation. CAROL CHANEY was a member of homerooms 207 and 321B where she served as president. ''Chopper'’ was a member of concert orchestra, hall guides and cheerleading. She partici- pated in Junior Life Saving and syn- chronized swimming. Her favorite subject was biology. Carol was on the A honor roll. She entered the Science Fair in seventh and eighth BOB CONNER was a member of home- room 218 where 'the mouse served as vice-president. He participated on the light heavy-weight football team. Lis- tening to records, dancing and girls are Bob's hobbies. His favorite sub- jects were math, civics, lunch and gym. JAMES COOK was a member of home- room 223B and audio-visual. Jim's hobbies are electronics and mechanics. His favorite subjects were civics and study hall. He was known as the fast- est crutcher in Slauson. JO ANN COOLEY was a member of homerooms 207 and 222 where Jody served as president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Jody was a member of the Junior Historians in eighth grade and was on the seventh and eighth grade planning committees. She also participated in field hockey. Jo Ann's hobbies are sewing and work- ing in the office. Her favorite sub- jects were chorus, home economics and special chorus. CAROLYN COVINGTON was a member of homerooms 127 and 321A. She was a member of Etta-Kett and participated in s oftball, modern dance, and gymnas- tics. Carolyn's hobbiesare Jim, swim- ming, and ice skating. Her favorite subjects were gym and clothing. grade. RHONDA COOK entered Slauson in the eighth grade and became a member of homeroom 312 and 216A. ''Cookie'' participated in swimming, track and ice skating. Rhonda's hobbies are swimming and Melvin. Cookie's favorite subjects were gym, English and conservation. MAUREEN COTTER was a member of homerooms 316 and 312. ''Moe ' served on Exodus, newspaper staff and was a library aide. She participated in mod- ern dance, field hockey and the winter sports’club. Sewing, skiing, skating, swimming and boys are Maureen's hob- bies. Her favorite subjects were Ex- odus and civics. MARY COZART was a member of homeroom 321B. Her favorite sub- jects were math and art, while her hobby is bowling.
