MARGARET LAMB, a member of homeroom 303, was secretary of her homeroom. She served on the Student Council, Echo staff, was a hall monitor, and was a member of the Twenties. Peggy's favorite subjects were algebra, civics, and Latin. She was on the honor roll all through Slauson, having A''s several times. Her hobbies are playing the piano and reading. BERNIE LA ROWE was a member of homeroom 303, and was on Student Council, and homeroom committee. Bernie also served on Hall Guides, Hall Monitors, and participated in 8th grade chorus and all after school games. Bernie's hobbies include swimming and collecting records. MIKE LECLAIRE was Boys' Athletic representative for homeroom 306. At Slauson his favorite subjects were metal shop and mechanical drawing, and he was a mem- ber of Projection Club. Mike's hobby is model cars. RUSSEL LEFURGE was a member of homeroom 227. He has served on hall monitors and was on the honor roll once and honorable mention twice. Design, printing, and algebra were Rusty's favorite subjects while hot rods and customizing cars are his hobbies. DALE LESLIE was a member of homeroom 227, where he participated in all homeroom sports, especially football. He served as Boys' Athletics alternate for two years. Big Les's favorite subjects were gym and English and he enjoys all sports BRUCE LENIO was president, vice president and Boys' Athletic representative for his homeroom 201. He was on the basketball team and participated in all sports except gymnastics. His favorite subjects were Spanish and band, while sports are his hobbies. Bruce received an Athletic letter. PAT LEWIS was a member of 303 and 322 where she served as secretary and treasurer. She also participated in homeroom sports, Hall Guides, Hall Monitors, and was a member of the Echo staff. She was on the honor roll. Lewie was a member of the Tri-Hi-Y group and on the Junior Bowling League. Her hobbies are bowling, and her favorite subjects were English, speech, and civics. DIANE LIBBY entered Slauson in 1962 in the ninth grade and became a member of homeroom 227. Di's favorite subjects were sewing and business orientation. She also was on the honorable mention. Diane is inter- ested in swimming, sewing, skating, and blind children. BRIAN LOUP was a member of homeroom 312. He participated in Projection Club, all homeroom sports and hall monitors. Brian's favorite subjects were civics, Ger- man, and algebra, while his hobbies are baseball, foot- ball, hockey, model cars, and stamps and coins. DARIA LITTLEJOHN was a member of homeroom 224. She received an art award in the 8th grade. Drawing, stamp collecting, riding, and horses are her hobbies and interests. Her favorite subjects were art, German, and gym. DON LOWENBERG was a member of homeroom 320. While at Slauson he was a member of the projection club and stage crew and was a student council alternate. Don's hobbies are electronics, photography, and cars. He was also a member of the Exodus staff and his fa- vorite subjects were math and Exodus. ROBERT SCOTT LOVELACE served as president of home- room 218. He was also on Hall Guides, Student Council, and he went out for all after-school sports. Scott was on the honor roll and helped his homeroom win awards in soccer, swimming, and touch football. Sports and building models are his hobbies while his favorite subjects were al- gebra and gym. HENRY LOYD was a member of homeroom 210. Kanonger was on Hall Guides and Hall Monitors. His favorite sub- jects were algebra, biology and gym. NANCY LOY served as president of homerooms 312 and 201. She was a member of Student Council, Girls' Athletics, Hall Guides, and the 8th grade chorus. Nancy rticipated in all major and minor sports, was on the onor roll, and received an activity letter. Algebra and English were her favorite subjects; skiing and knitting are her hobbies. KATHY MAHARAS was a member of homeroom 312. She is a member of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church Choir and was a member of the Stamp Club. While at Slauson Kathy received 2 Art Merits. Her favorite sub- jects were algebra, civics, and art. Kathy's interests include collecting shells, stamps, and pictures of famous people. BRIAN MACKIE was a member of homeroom 218. He participated in football, basketball and wrestling. Fore- most was on the honor roll and honorable mention in 7th grade. His favorite subjects were gym and math.

Barb's favorite subjects were English, KARL KEPPLER came to Slauson in 7th grade as a member of homeroom 320. He was president of his homeroom. He also played on the Mustangs football team. Moreover, he played soccer, track, touch football, and wrestling. His hobbies are motor cycles and cars. His favorite sub- jects were English, shop, and gym. belonged to the YMCA Rifle Club. His STEVE KOEN entered Slauson in the 9th grade and be- came secretary of homeroom 320. She participated in the French club while French and English were her favorite subjects. Steve's hobby is playing chess. He is interested in model sars; his favorite BEN KUIPERS was a member of homeroom 201. His hobbies were swimming, coin and stamp collecting while his favorite subjects were biology, algebra, and gym. He got all A's in the second marking period. LINDA KEATING came to Slauson in the 7th grade and became a member of homeroom 312. She was in all major sports, 8th and 9th grade cheerleader, reporter for the Ann Arbor News, secretary and vice-president of homeroom Girls' Athletics, and belonged to the Tri-Hi-Y club. In the 8t h grade she was on the honor roll and received an activity letter. Her hobbies are water skiing, skating and boating. Her favorite subjects were Spanish and algebra. JEAN KENNEDY entered Slauson in 7th grade as a mem- ber of 320. Her activities were cadet band, concert band, Etta Kett Club, Hall Monitors, the Echo. She also par- ticipated in all intramural sports. Her hobbies are ice skat- ing and swimming; her favorite subjects were typing and CIVICS. civics. BAILEY KNOX was a member of homeroom 207. He par- ticipated in volleyball, was a wrestling champion and went out for track. He also was on the honor roll in the 7th grade. His favorite subjects were Concert Band, physical education, and speech. JACK McGUIRE came to Slauson in 7th grade and be- came a member of homeroom 201. His favorite subjects were gym and shop. While in Slauson she was on the Student Court, Student Council, Hall Guides, Hall Monitors, Girls' Athletics secretary, cheerleading for three years, and manager of volleyball. She played all major and minor sports. Nancy received activity letters and was on the honor roll all three years at Steuart: Her fa- vorite subjects were English and Latin. JOHN MATHEWS wos a member of homeroom 312. He was a hall monitor first semester. Mack's favorite sub- jects were English and gym while his hobbies are fishing and hunting. SALLY McDONALD was a member of homeroom 201. Sally participated in 9th grade chorus, and was elected by her homeroom as a Girls' Athletics representative. Her hobbies are boys and collecting records. English, typing, and speech were Sally's favorite subjects. Jack's school activities were Exodus, CLYDE McKENZIE, a member of homeroom 227, was president of the Student Council. He participated in all major and minor sports. He was a member of Boys' Athletics, and was president and vice-president of his homeroom. His favorite subjects were algebra and Latin.
