J di ROBERT GUIDOTTI was homeroom president, vice-president, and treasurer of homeroom 317 in the 7th and 8th grade. He also was a member of 207 in the ninth grade. Bob was on the honor roll four times. His favorite subjects were biology and architectural design; his interests are cars and golf. and football. JEFF HALL was Boys' Athletics representative for homeroom 306. He participated in Hall Guides, Hall Monitors and was in many activities out of school, such as the Air Ex- plorers, Pep Band, Scuba Club, and Flying Club. Jeff's favorite subjects were Latin, band and English; his hobbies are scuba diving, flying, and guns. RUTH HANSEN was vice-president of homeroom 320. She also participated in Etta Kett Club, Girls! Athletics, and 8th grade homeroom committee. She was active in all major homeroom sports during 7th and 8th grade. Her hobbies are drawing, ice-skating, and horseback riding. Ruth's favorite subjects were speech and art. She was also on the honor roll. subjects were math, civics, and typing. ROGER HARVIE was a member of homeroom 224. He ALAN HAGER was a member of homeroom 201. He par- ticipated in the Projection Club. Al's were algebra, gym, and English; his hobbies are baseball, favorite subjects MICHALE HAMPSHIRE entered homeroom 312 in the ninth grade. His hobbies are swimming, model cars, gas engine planes and stamp. Mike also has a paper route. MILFORD HART was a member of homeroom 218. He participated in all after school sports and wrestling. His hobbies are coins, stamps, and bicycles. His favorite LOIS HACK was a member of homeroom 320. She par- ticipated in Hall Guides, Hall monitors, and was on the library staff. She went out for all girl's games and be- longed to her church youth group. Lois's favorite sub- jects were cooking, sewing, and typing. Her hobbies are swimming, horseback riding, and dancing. GARY HAMMOND was a member of homeroom 224. He participated in all sports. Gary's favorite subjects were math and English; his hobbies are spending money and girls. RICHARD HANSON was a member of homeroom 306. He participated in Ann Arbor Junior Rifle Club, and Hall Monitors. His hobbies are fishing, hunting, camping, bas- ketball, and coin collecting. Richard's favorite subjects are all subjects. He was a member of the concert band, model cars, guns, and life out of doors. jects were math and gym. Bob participated in all star basketball and intramural sports; his hobbies are coin collecting and sports. Bob's favorite subjects were al- participated in tackle football, homeroom football, bas- ketball, soccer, track, and baseball. Roger's hobbies are collecting records and playing baseball. His favorite sub- jects were English and gym. ROBERT HAWKES was a member of homeroom 320. He participated in Hall Guides, baseball, football, and swim- ming. JIM FREDERICK was a member of homeroom 201. He served as an alternate for Student Council, and was on Hall Monitors. Jim was on the honor roll; his favorite subject was biology. Radio and electronics are his hobbies. CLAUDIA FRANKLIN entered Slauson in the eighth grade and was a member of homerooms 312 and 233. During the summer she was on a drill team and was on the school hockey team. Shorty's favorite subject was gym and her hobbies are dancing, volleyball, and going to parties. aN NIKKI FREY was secretary of homeroom 207, though she was a member of 312 in 7th and 8th grade. Nikki was also on Girls' Athletics, and was a hall monitor. She was on the honor roll in 8th and 9th grade. Nikki's hobbies are swimming and reading; study hall and Eng- lish were her favorite subjects. BILL FRENCH was a member of homeroom 303 and 322. The Chief's favorite subjects were speech while his hobbies are sports and model cars, boats, airplanes, and collecting sport car magazines. : CHRISTINE GATES, who entered Slauson during seventh grade, was in homeroom 201. Chris was a librarian and participated in the club, Rainbow Girls . Her favorite hobbies are animals, bowling, ice skating, and reading. RAY GARDNER who entered Slauson during the seventh grade, was a member of homeroom 303. His favorite subject was arithmetic, while his hobbies are collecting stamps and coins. BOB GIBSON was a member of homeroom 303. He played football for the three years at Slauson. Bob was a member of the projection club. His hobbies are folk music, play- ing a banjo, and philosophy. Speech was his favorite sub- ject. KATHLEEN GERVICK was a member of homeroom 224 and played in all major and minor sports. She was a member of Tri-High-Y, hall monitors, the Echo staff, and was in the eighth grade chorus. While at Slauson she was on honorable mention most of the time. Kathy's favorite subjects were speech and algebra. ELIDA GILES was a member of homeroom 312 and 233. She served as president and vice president of the French Club, on Student Court, Etta Kett, Hall Guides, Hall Monitors, and eighth grade chorus. Elida, who was on the honor roll, enjoyed all of her subjects, especially speech. Her hobbies are playing the piano, making mosaic bowls, painting, golf and bowling. LINDA GILBERT was a member of homeroom 224 where she served as a student council representative and an Etta Kett Club member. Linda's hobbies include horseback riding, skiing and skating. Her favorite subjects were typing and speech. JOHN GOCHIS served as president and Student Council representative for homeroom 320. He was also on Stu- dent Court and participated in most sports. John's fa- vorite subjects were math and gym; his hobbies are all sports. EDDIE GILLESPIE was a member of homeroom 227. He participated in football, basketball, wrestling, baseball, and soccer. His favorite subjects were algebra and gym while his hobbies are fishing and hunting. JOHN GOULD served as Boys' Athletics representative for homeroom 306. He also was in French Club, went out for all intramural sports and was on the honor roll twice. “Jack's hobbies are bowling and stamp col- lecting. His favorite subjects were biology and algebra. PAT GOODING was a member of homeroom 224. While at Slauson she was in Concert Band and was Student Coun- cil representative in seventh and eighth grade. Patty's favorite subjects were mathematics and home economics. Her hobbies are swimming and skating. FRANK GREEN was a member of homeroom 224. He was a hall monitor and participated in all major and minor sports. ' Stick-up Cap's favorite subjects were German, music, and English; his hobbies are swimming and hunting. SUSAN GRAHAM was a member of homeroom 312 and 207. She was on the school hockey team and the class hockey team. Sue participated in mixed volleyball and minor sports. Her favorite subjects were civics and chorus, while her hobby is oil painting.

PATRICIA HELLER was a captain of homeroom field hockey for 317 and 207. She was a member of Etta Kett Club, Hall Guides, Hall Monitors, and Pep Club. Her hobbies are swimming and sports. Her favorite subjects were civics and algebra. JOHN HEDELUND was a member of homeroom 320. Whitey's hobby is reading. His favorite subjects were algebra and band. He was frequently on the honor roll. SHARON HOLBROOK became a member of homeroom 227 when she came to Slauson in the 8th grade. She was on the honor roll every year and also was in Etta Kett, French Club, and Hall Monitors. She enjoyed reading, knitting, and archery. Civics and algebra were her favorite subjects, SUE HELLNER entered Slauson in the 9th grade as a member of homeroom 224. Sue's hobbies are painting and swimming. Her favorite subject was chorus. PAUL HOLTRETER was a member of homeroom 303. He was a Hall Guide and vice president of his homeroom. He participated on homeroom football and basketball. He entered Slauson in the 8th grade and was on the honor roll every semester, and won first place in musical com- epeaat His favorite subjects are German, gym, and a nd. DOUG HOLLIS was a member of homeroom 227. His hobbies are model cars, art, and the study of American Indians. Doug participated in homeroom sports and was a member of the YMCA. His favorite subjects were mechanical drawing and gym. SANDY HORNING was a member of homeroom 233 and 312. She was on Etta-Kett Club for four semesters and Hall Monitors and Hall Guides one semester. Outside of school she belonged to Luther League and the YM- YWCA,. Her hobbies are swimming, ice skating, stamp collecting, and collecting pop records. Sandy's favorite subjects were typing and English. JACK HOLTZER was a member of homeroom 317 and 207. Jim participated in wrestling and soccer. Math, English, and gym were his favorite subjects. His hobbies are canoeing, swimming, sports, and coin collecting. PHYLLIS HOUSEHOLDER was secretary and president of homeroom 201. While at Slauson she participated in Girls' Athletics, Hall Guides, Hall Monitors, and eighth and ninth grade chorus. She attended all major and minor sports. Phyllis's hobbies are boys and collecting records. Her favorite subjects were speech and Spanish, RON HOTZEL was a member of homeroom 218 and com- peted in all homeroom sports. Hutz was a hall monitor, and he belonged to the projection club, the noon hour help, and Echo staff. His hobbies are model cars, base- ball, and swimming. His favorite subjects were algebra and civics. ELIZABETH JAEGER was a member of homeroom 233 in the seventh and eighth grade, and 312 in the ninth grade. While at Slauson she participated in Hall Guides, Hall Monitors, Girls' Athletics, eighth grade chorus, and in ninth grade was on Exodus staff. She also was on the honor roll in seventh grade and received an activity letter in eighth. Liz's favorite subjects were math and typing, while her hobbies are swimming and ice skating. BILL HURST was a member of homeroom 227. His favorite subjects were music, art and speech. He also played the part of Mr. Quigley in the first semester speech play. His hobbies are organizing clubs, playing the piano, and collecting stamps. RUTH JOHNSON was a member of homeroom 312. She participated in Hall Guides, Hall Monitors, Etta Kett Club, library aids, 8th grade chorus, after school games and the Echo. Her favorite subjects were French and biology and civics. Her hobby is sewing. RICHARD JONES came to school in 7th grade and became a member of 303. His hobbies are wrestling and track. PRISCILLA JOY was a member of homeroom 320. She served on Etta Kett Club, Library Staff, Hall Guides, and was an alternate for Student Council. She was a member of the Exodus staff and participated in all after school games. Her favorite subjects were biology and civics. Her. hobby is sewing. GLEN JOHNSTON came to Slauson in 7th grade and became a member of homeroom 224. He was a member of Michigan Youth Symphony. Glen's favorite subjects were algebra and band; his hobbies are sports and music.
