TEXAS It is with much p le a s ure and pride that I extend my greetings through the pages of the Tiger's Lair to the student body ofSlaton High School for the year 1952-53. I am deeply grateful to you fo r the fine co-operation and loyalty you have shown in making this year a successful and enjoyable one. I wish to congratulate each of you for your fine school spirit. This year book will depict for those who may desire it, an overall picture of high school life of today. It will also remind us of the pres- ent contributions which have been made for the betterment of civili- zation. I wish to congratulate the staff and its s p o n s o r and I know that this annual will be well received by students, faculty, and patrons.
