CLASS The class of ‘67’ has now become accomplished and well- known throughout the school as active and creative. The Sophomores have participated and sponsored many varied and much needed activities. The class members sustain and promote school spirit by diligently supporting all S.H.S. activities. The sophomores made sure the seniors would not forget their last days at Slatington by furnishing a fine Senior Farewell Dance. The Class Officers are as follows: President, Richard Phillips; Secretary, Eileen Merkle; Vice President, Ernest Snyder; and Treasurer, Glenn Danner. Class colors are blue and gold. Class motto is “The past forever gone, the future still our own.” Class flower is blue and white tinted rose. Class advisors are Miss Sarah Miller and Mr. John Porambo. 26
