New adviser organizes events for classes Conquering the once impossible task of keeping student activities and student government organized-Nlr. Kenneth Goepfert became the first full time activities adviser. 'Most notably changed was the English departments curriculum. The structure of required classes was loosened to allow students to pursue particular interests. Conventional literature and compostion were offered, but indulgences were satisfied by sports story writing, cinematography and public speaking classes.
