Qi Q joining those screen immortals Eva Gardner and Richard Burton, Dan Finnamore and Dorthy Calimeris played the lead roles in the fall play 'fThe Night of the Iguana. The production was one of the most mature and modern plays that has ever been presented at Skyline. Under the direction of drama teacher Ravvley T. Farnsworth, the performances were held on both Friday and Saturday. Actual use of water as rain produced by the stage crew added a note of realism to the Mexican setting. Honor society helps organize in Mill By attending basketball and football games, the Spartan Service Society helped to ease the task of faculty supervision. Attending numerous other school activities Triple S helped supervise the Mill for the second consecutive year. The honor society also sponsored the annual Sadie Hawkins dance which featured the Bojo Diddle band. At the end of the year an award was given for the most inspirational member, who was chosen by the entire Spartan Service Society. Fair Lad gains approval My Fair Lady, a popular Broadway musical and film was presented by the fine arts department in March. Mr. Rawley Farnsworth, Mrs. loAnne McKray Mr. Richard Adams, Miss Elyse Dukatz, Mr. William Rader and over 100 students worked to make this musical adaptation of Pygmalion the great success it was. Bunny Sims as Eliza Doolittle and john Gilkerson as Professor Henry Higgins played the leading roles. For the first time in Skyline's history three evening performances were given. Attended by more people than any other event at Skyline the play also proved to be the biggest financial success ever. Making an attempt to impress Mrs. Higgins fjudy Brunsmanl Eliza tests her new vocabulary.
