Tennis players claim title Winning their sixth consecutive title for the Oakland Athletic League championship was the girls' tennis team. Coach Miss Helen Baker led the girls to their undefeated victory by her encouragement and help during practices every Tuesday and Thursday. Placing in the City Wide Doubles Tournament were Marsha Penning-Debby Ditzler who took first and Teri Wright-Trish Kohl who took third. The girls participated in the Girls' Boosters Night and with the help of Mrs. Charlotte Rich the girls designed their ovvn uniforms. Team keeps league troph For the sixth consecutive year the Oakland Athletic League Rotating Trophy was won by the girls gymnastic team under the leadership of Renee Aucker and Debbie Pirack. To top the compulsory meets, Skyline participants scored number one in Northern California.
